press f10, the normal cod lobby don't work sadly

My friend's game is crashing after 5-15 minutes of game with no error message, sometimes crashing on start. we tried a lot of things like updating the video card drivers, can someone help me on finding the crash logs or solve the problem?
(his game is the steam version).

That LAN method of starting a game in "Costum games", than writing the command "xpartygo", when your game loads your friend writes the command: connect: your ip:4976 is still working? (sori for bed engris ok).

maybe if u modified the game files in some way, and the fog just exists bcuz of a engine limitation so, not sure.

no idea, happens to me too :<
