Does the method in which you place the folders and install the mods (Fall of Berlin, Darkest Days, Pacific, etc) differ in Plutonium

teh_bandit Hello, I downloaded the file and put it in an image folder in the raw folder, but the textures didn't appear, did I miss a step in implementing them?.

Can you actually play it or is it just there for show or something?
