i know it has something to do with the res on my screen but ive tried the lowest setting ive tried just about everything i can think of and still no progress please someone give me some ideas on this issue

hey guys so i noticed a problem with my BO2 game and the problems im am having is the game when i launch MOTD in afterlife mode it comes up with zm_prison_afterlife_howto and also zm_prison_afterlife_howto2 and my game never used to say that or do that plus also i noticed i have all game sounds excepts the characters when you go to revive say finn, sal, etc. they usually talk to you in 3rd person and now since reinstalling the game they dont even talk anymore so if someone could get back to me about theses issues would be appreciated

hindercanrun thats funny cause if you check the second post it doesnt say my twitch it says where can i post twitch at?? meaning it was a question i didnt know asking a question means i would end up getting a warning for it....
also your showing me of a log back in 2020 i was litterly just banned yesterday so wheres this add up i posted after 10/24/2020? because i see where i was warned twice then banned on 7/28/2021 and like i said i was just in the damn server yesterday when i made a post about having prolems about my BO2 game...?

so this error just started when me or my friend try to connect to each other in a match on zombies the game locks up and quits out then it pops up with an error of BEX i know what BEX is i dont know how to fix this problem though it only seems to happen when we try to connect to each other....?
I just wanna thank whoever made this possible to be able to play Zombies and Multiplayer with other people for free, Ive been looking for something like this for years! I always wanted to play Zombies with people or even solo but never had the money to afford all the DLC's, Map's, Etc. So this message is for the person/people that made this happen! Thank you very much and im looking forward for maybe one for BO3 and also anything in the future!
