Yes, it is. Sadly, there aren’t that many people playing it. I wish it were more popular, like BO2.
The same thing happens with BO3 and other CoDs.

If you want the "vanilla" version, you should either play on Steam or build a community to host a vanilla server.
You’re not going to find a true vanilla experience in any older CoD, and the client has nothing to do with that.
Server owners are the people you should reach out to if you want to request those kinds of changes.

The whole player base got fragmented since the days of RepZ and 4WPlay. There is no community left, and if you really wanted to play, you would already have a client.

I really don't know. Sometimes the game crashes during a random round or in a specific part of the map, or when performing an action like opening a door or buying a weapon.

If that's your case, repairing the game files should fix the issue. To do that, you must own the game on Steam. Piracy is not allowed or welcome here, and you won't get any help if your copy of the game is not legitimate.

Usually that is due to game corruption in some file, I have had the same issue before.
And the only way to solve it is by repairing the game file.
You have to do it with Steam, it will check the game files and it will download the new ones. That will only take a few minutes.

You could have avoided that if you had been honest in the first place. On the other hand, you could just check the forum or do a quick search on Google about AC bans.

I hope a mod can give you an answer, but it seems that at some point you were caught by the AC, so I doubt it.

Automatic ban of 7 days is placed onto the account.
When the player tries to login, they will be displayed a message which tells them they are banned and also tells them how long is left until the ban expires.
Attempting to bypass the ban in any way will lead to further restrictions.
Once the ban length has expired, the system will automatically remove the ban.
If the player is caught cheating again, the system will ban the account permanently.
We will not provide any information regarding any given ban, remember you broke our rules.

Sadly, playing on a “better” server will always depend on your geographical location.
If you’re from Latin America, you only have three servers with decent ping. After that, your ping jumps to 160–190 ms.

So where would the “better” server will be in that case? Of course, if you live in the USA or EU, you have better options. But even then, there’s a limit.

Either way, you’re screwed. If you play a lot of matches where you end up with a 3.5 K/D, you’re going to get banned.
Or you can play with 200 ping and get destroyed those are the only two options.

That number of times means this isn’t your first time. Either you tried to create new accounts to bypass the ban, or you’ve cheated more than 5 or 10 times.
Either way, it doesn’t matter, since Plutonium staff doesn’t handle bans or unbans. The system is automatic, so you can try, but I can guarantee it won’t work.
Your only option now is to play offline with bots.

It sounds more like a skill issue. The map is good and it plays well on all servers.
If you don’t like it, play on another server with bots.
It won’t make any difference to you or your gameplay.
