you need to make changes to the fastfile, T4M has support for a mod_ex.ff which overrides the original mod.ff I don't know if Pluto does

It's not a bug, 3arc decided to code it like that, you should bind your FOV to your W key, so "bind w "+forward;cg_fov xx" or fovscale
