So, I have a friend who is trying to sign up for Plutonium so we can play together. When he goes to register an account, it says that his email is already in use despite never having used this software before. He was then able to actually reset the password to this supposed already created account, tried to log in with the new password and his email but it said that it's invalid. He already tried logging in through the client as well, and still nothing. What could be the cause of this, and how would we fix it?
