i dont have any av only defender (added exclusions)

none of them installed and o have added exclusions but not working

no antivirus in my pc i tried play game and boom stucked i uninstalled and tryed again wit turning off windows defender and not worked i think piry doesnt installed game fully after piry downloaded game i cant find any exe file in folder

bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe stuck no antivirus active i reinstalled game but not work
