i recently downloaded bo1 and it wont start it gets stuck in console

hindercanrun windows defender with all plutonium folder excluded

i was gonna play bo2 zombies and when i started the game it stopped responding

seems like the console stops when loadinng that file or something

Resxt same thing keeps happenning i open the game trough the launcher "play" button

hindercanrun my pc specs are good enough before it started crashing i get llike 200 fps
it doesnt have a crash error just the bootstraper not responding thing

Today i was playing zombies with my friend we stopped playing and after a while i wanted play but after launching the game it says the plutonium bootstraper is not responding
