like i said, onlinefix or dlllist don't belong to pluto so it must be something on your system that auto loads when you start the launcher (maybe via a directx proxy).
Try this:

1. Search for "cmd" in the windows start menu
2. Right click cmd -> run as administrator
3. Type this into the console and hit enter:

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

restart your pc after it's done.

onlinefix64 or dlllist.txt are not files plutonium ships or requires, where did you download the game itself from?

That hasn't been decided yet.
Also the trying to please atvi part isn't the only reason we're doing this, requiring server hosters to own the game also allows us to finally put a stop to all the people who keep breaking the rules we put in place for hosting servers.

What will happen is that a bunch of servers will be de-listed, that's it. Nothing will happen to you as a player.

open your game folder in windows explorer and post a screenshot of the entire explorer window.

Darryl Dixon it seems he had 2 waw installations and one of them was missing files. He set it to the correct one (steam) and the game now works!

Try deleting or renaming your config in
C:\Users*yourusername*\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t6\players
(plutonium_mp.cfg)

Pluto unlocks all DLCs but you have to get the actual DLC files yourself. You can buy them on steam or get them from somewhere else but we no longer provide any links to game- or dlc files.

which 2 options does it give you exactly? You're supposed to select the bo1 game folder in the launcher. Properties on steam will show you the path to the folder. If your steam installation uses the default install directories your game is gonna be in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Black Ops
That's the folder you have to select in the launcher.
