@EZBleach can you post the contents of your start server batch file? Also that folder is a mess, seems like you didn't exactly follow the setup guide.

Clearly you didn't follow the official guide, i.e. this and followed some yt tutorial or downloaded some trash repack. Delete the whole folder and follow the guide.

Everything can be DDoS'd, it really just depends on the available bandwidth of the attacker. But Pluto's backend is pretty well protected and in case a game server is getting DDoS'd there are plenty others to chose from.
