Use paint.net or photoshop. Either one works. To convert files to iwi or dds you need the converter

If you want a tgun version that makes drops use the one that was ported for bo2 on bo2

When you show people what you've made with pictures, that gives off the incentive of downloading

Why is it a gsc tho if you can change the actual texture manually by default in the corresponded dds file?
