you need to reinstall your copy of the game. People who had this issue also had tekno in their game files causing this exact issue as tekno does not use the latest version of the game and causes issues like this.

we prefer if people buy the game's but we dont care where you get your game files from as long as they are a clean copy from steam for example if you where to steam family share to download we dont provide campaign and only support mp and zm for bo2. we only allowed campaign for waw because of the fact it has coop play. we dont support piracy hence why you dont see any game executable in the actual install guide / what the torrent provides which makes it where you have to use pluto to play either of the 3 games we support.

It is not our issue that you did not read our anti cheat policy and tried to evade multiple times, why would you think that you could just make a new account after being banned and then be able to play with a new account like nothing happend? wait out your ban and dont do it again or it will be turned into a perm ban by our system.

edit: on the same not why should there be that info when it tells you when you are banned when trying to sign in logical solution would be to wait it out and not try to evade like you did. every battlefield beta is buggy what do you expect? they even said the build was either a few weeks or months old and alot of the issues we had have been fixed? Me personally I had really no issues with the beta and its nothing like BF 4 as you can be only operator that has a gadget and passive ability with the ability to have any gun like a sniper / aa missile launcher. But at the end of the day its a battlefield game and me personally can see my self playing it alot.
