I would suggest redownloading the whole entire dedicated server again since you already claim that you had to fix localization.txt file so could be more files missing or you missing DLC/map if the game opens?

Maybe your installed game is on a slow hard drive? If you have secondary drives I would suggest trying that.

You clearly opening the game wrong. Make sure you read the document page carefully and don't skip any steps.

Can you explain in more details like where does it freeze? in the game? in the menu? Have you try repairing your game files to see if that will fix your issue?

Could be your wi-fi having some issues? Maybe run some Ethernet to see if that will fix the lag?

It's a windows settings. It's possible to split them not sure what windows you on. I use windows 11/FileExplorer Pactcher. I think its never combine but not sure.

Could try a blank weap_flashbang_tone.wav or edit it on Audacity (Reference on IW_22.iwd\sound\weapons\grenade)

Place the blank wav file to
%localpappdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\sound\weapons\grenade

Not sure if that will 100% work out but a idea to try

I believe no command exist for it and it is permanently broken. I could send a feature request to look into it

ZombieZtone You don't have to compile gsc anymore. you can do it raw.

I tested locally on a private server and can't seem to replicate the issue. Have this happen to you often or just once? Do you own the server?
