If the dvar is not cheat-protected, you can set it via the command line arguments. But you can't do it easily from a client. You can do it from a dedicated server startup script file (bat).

You are unfortunately unable to do that because the dvar is cheat protected.
The process is more mechanical.
You need to first set sv_cheats to 1, then you will be able to edit r_lodBiasSkinned

Log in and check yourself, your ban time will not be extended. If you log in with the same banned account of course.

You will not get unbanned. The servers you play on are managed by other people that host servers (community servers). The servers you play on are not managed by Plutonium.

Test clients (ai) is a planned feature for T5 SP
Until that happens it should not work or crashes may happen.

Did you download Black Ops II from Steam?

Repacks are not supported. The repack is obviously the cause of your broken game files.
You will need to acquire the game files through Steam.

We did some improvements in regards to T5 SP dedicated servers.

it will come in handy for when the next update comes out as we fixed some stuff on T5 SP.

It will work from GSC too, it has been used like that successfully on T4 as well.
You just need to set the password on the client as I said enough times already.

ThunderDrum01 The map selection bug is caused by you trying to run plutonium, which requires the files from the Steam version of the game, with the Tekno files. It is the only documented reason as to why this bug happens. Remove the Tekno files by verifying your game files on Steam.
Do not install Tekno, it's dead and it's not worth it for the lack of features they offer and lack of security in their client.

It's a rare error that occurs when in the kill-cam you have a helicopter that gets destroyed.

I guess you have to open the GSC files and fix them yourself, keep in mind that instead of asking me you should ask the mod creator.

Looking at it from a different angle, we can see the error message says you have a ult.gsc file which is referencing a function that does not exist. if you wrote this script, ask for help in the modding section because you messed up something.
If you did not create this script, content the mod creator because they may have messed up something or the script is just out of date and needs updating.

Yeah it works, you need to set the g_password in the server configuration, and then as the client, you must set the "password" dvar in the console to match the password in the config file.
