You can delete the mods, Steam and Plutonium use different save files.

CyberN23 It's almost as if there isn't a README attached to the files linked by Resxt explaining what to do with those. Also, it's not like there are docs on plutonium.pw/docs explaining how to load GSC mods regardless.

That's an interesting discovery

The feature has since been added to plutonium. You don't need t6-gsc-utils anymore to override the names.
%LOCALAPPDATA%/Plutonium/storage/t6/bots.txt will suffice and can have a name and a clan tag

Just like Xerxes said, you are not banned from Plutonium. You seem to be very confused.
None of the servers you connect to are hosted by Plutonium, the community hosts them and they can do pretty much whatever they want with it and ban anyone they like for whatever reason.
If you want to appeal, contact that server owner. You probably won't be able to reach them here since you forgot to mention any details that would identify the server you were playing on when you got banned.

As a workaround move the demos from the usermap folder to the mods folder if you use a mod for said map.
Otherwise, use the default folder.
