Was there a .new file created as well? Try running that as admin. If that doesn't work, delete both of the launchers, redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe and run it as admin.

You never download loose dlls from the internet. Delete them. Gonna take a wild guess and say you probably have the unable to load import mss32.dll error, you probably haven't selected your correct mw3 folder. Click on game settings beside play on the launcher, and do that.

Yes the launcher closing is intentional. What about the bootstrapper tho? Does it stay empty, or there's a blackscreen and you can hear ingame sounds, or does it throw an error?

Fix: Your DNS provider (likely your ISP) is filtering requests. Change your computers DNS servers to something that does not filter requests, such as 1.1.1.1.

Xpelopincho_69 shift + right click in the folder pluto is in, open powershell window here, type .\plutonium.exe -timeout 600

Need the whole error, could you screenshot it please?

Right click pluto, create shortcut, right click shortcut, click properties. In the target field after " type -timeout 600

Ignore, and add pluto to your AV's exclusions.

This should fix it, however you may encounter crashes at random times

Run it
Click "Edit List..."
Click the three dots right of the "enter a process or folder name" field and select "plutonium-launcher-win32.exe" located in "C:\Users\al\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin"
tick the "force warp" checkbox and select "11_0" from the "feature level limit" dropdown menu
hit ok and try launching the plutonium launcher

Make sure firewall isn't blocking pluto, try changing dns to 1.1.1.1 or try a vpn

No don't. If you do that you won't no longer be able to play when a new update drops - which is exactly what plutonium.exe does, looks for updates and downloads them if there's one and then starts the game. Your issue might be AV related, what antivirus do you use?

Can you show a screenshot of the error? If there are multiple errors, screenshot all of them and post it here.

Yeah probably cause it's a shit tier AV and doesn't respect end-user's decisions. Uninstall it, restart your PC and try launching Pluto again.
