Do you have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? Quit them if you do. Also please upload the crashdump to gdrive and post a link here.

No crashdumps/errors? Tried alt tabbing out of the game to see if there's any errors in the background?

Think its Fn+Esc to open/close the console on some 60% keyboards. Regardless, you can also alt tab out and use the external bootstrapper cmd console instead of the ingame one, and use that to execute commands and stuff.

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window.

Shouldn't crash once you uninstall webroot and restart your PC. Also he recommended what AV you should use - defender (comes pre-shipped with windows). Follow that video and add exclusions to Pluto and you should be good.

It is safe to play it. Your choice if you wanna play it or believe people spreading misinformation and uninstall it.

Also for the "used by another process" error, make sure there aren't any pluto instances running in the background. If there aren't, restart your PC.

Crashes without any error/crashdumps created? What antivirus do you use? Also you can adjust the resolution/mode through Settings.

Your thread topic and its content are completely unrelated, they're 2 different errors mate. As for access denied error, run plutonium.exe as admin and add it to exclusions in defender/whatever antivirus you use.
