Plutonium

I need help with adding waypoints, its my first time doin this so im not sure

For a while now, my plutonium updater has been taking so long, my antivirus has ignored it, even done the powershell command, my network is fine, any suggestions?

Tried t6r - data - images wont work,
Tried just an images folder, wont work, if anyone could help pls do!! many thanks
