@lResxt None of that helped, I had my game in japanese reinstalled and tried using japanese again and same problem kept happening so I just reinstalled and am playing with english version

That's a server reward you when you get a certain amount of kills in a row, it's quite creative init

So getting custom camos on MW3 is just like BO2 right?

Not a bug, click on the tab that says "players" twice and it should have the servers that have the most players on a server on top

Dss0 Ah yeah If it anti virus then it's a completely different thing because when my anti virus said plutonium was a virus it removed the launcher from my desktop completely and I couldn't launch any games obviously. You have to select the actual folder of the Pluto T4 full game itself, not the launcher, drag the launcher to your desktop from that folder and open it and select T4 Multiplayer --> Game Settings and Select your game folder
