Disable ximput recognition on engine level -
About the stuttering/performance issues...I didnt saw any mention for a fps cap? You do know that this is a 15 year old game and the engine was not designed to handle so many frames and it just bottlenecks. Just cap the fps at 250 if you havent.

Connection interruptedaska_ Well i've found one. I've quited the game xD. Let me know if you still have a problem ill install the launcher again since im already with a brand new machine and a different ISP so we can check. Hell even play it a little.
EDIT: I think i did a bunch of stuff actually.
Check do you have a public IP or you are behind CGNAT. See in your routers status page the IP it takes and then google my ip and compare them. If they are the same you have hope. If the IP in the router starts with 10 then its 100% private IP and you should continue to search for a solution. But If you have pub ip ->
First make sure you have enabled the connection of bo1.exe in the firewall. make a an outbound and inbound rule in the firewall settings of windows or just disable the wall completely if you feel frisky enough.
2nd make sure you have a static ip assigned either in the Network Connection properties in windows or in the router settings assigned a static lan ip on the pc's mac address if you have dhcp enabled.
3rd Forward this ports on both TCP and UDP in the router.
TCP 3074, 4976, 27014-27050, 28960
UDP 3074, 3478-4976, 27000-27030, 28960
Theres is a strange thing about windows sometimes you have the ports opened but they still appear to be closed. Thats perhaps because you need to forward them within windows also cause "Microsoft" inside Network>Router-Right Click>Properties
You can make a DMZ for the specific ip of the pc if you dont wanna bother doing all the above ports but its not recommended of course for the security concerns.
Make sure you have enabled uPNP in both windows services and your router.
Restart the router and the machine.
Make sure you limit the FPS cap. Strange things happen if you have high fps like above 600.
Pray on salt if this works. -
"CONECTION INTERRUPTED" SOLUTIONWell, kind Sir. Why you do a port forward and a DMZ simultaneously? I have done all that even before even installing Plutonium and i have the " CONNECTION INTERRUPTED " problem non the less. Im happy tho it works for you but that doesnt resolve it for me. Thanks

Stuck on 'Connecting' screen, Firewall allowed (Multiplayer and Zombies)Try connecting the cable from the WAN port on your router directly to the PC. Now open CoD and see if you connect. If your ISP uses MAC address to provide you with internet connection you need to clone the router MAC to have direct connection on the PC. If you connect and you dont have internet probably you need to clone. I can tell you how to do that but just try without cloning. It works 90% of the time since almost every ISP nowadays uses DHCP to provide internet. SO... If you cant connect to CoD again even with the cable directly strapped to the computer its your ISP, but if you connect, its something specific on your PC (e.x Firewall rule) or some router setting. This will give you an idea atleast from where to start. All ports required you can see here -> PCGamingWiki
You can also Enable DMZ for your computer on the router which opens every port(thats what i have) so you dont need to forward anything but its not recommended.
Public IP gives you more capabilities and removes any connection issues not just for CoD in speficic but for everything since Public IPs can be seen outside in the WWW. If you have private IP you are given IP provised by a G router used to handle WAN Class A networks. In short if you have private IP you have the IP of a router, if you have Public, you can be seen on the World Wide Web directly. For you to know just open MyIP. If you can see your city and address correctly you have Public IP. If you see some address somewhere you have Private IP. But don't you bother for now. Do this test first and lets see if you connect and the tracert later. You can try using a proxy to test too but do it only if you dont wanna try with connecting the WAN cable or you have troubles doing it. It wont be concrete since you actually have a router but you can try.Good luck.

Stuck on 'Connecting' screen, Firewall allowed (Multiplayer and Zombies)Hmmm... Im also having a connection related issue, but still i can connect trough the primary connection. You can begin with trying using a proxy to connect. If you are familiar with router interfaces, go to your router settings and port forward all ports needed or just open your machine with DMZ. Do you have a public ip or a private one? Try route tracing "104.21.233.227". If you have more than 5 "*" you have a routing problem and theres no much to do around that. Probably VPN or in the worst case another ISP. I think the problem resides here.

Enabling Dolby Atmos in Plutonium T6I believe you can't, since Plutonium launches indirectly the program. In short, its not supported by the Plutonium Client.

Connection interruptedWell, theres a few second to which i am connected. I can see gameplay for a second then it drops connection. In-game i have 400 even higher fps on max settings. I tried turning the shader warming off but i dont think thats the case. I load a map within few seconds. How much us forever then? On the steam version i dont have this issue. You prob know better then me. How can we check?

Connection interruptedI get "Connection interrupted" with a disconnect error "EXE_ERR_SERVER_TIMEOUT"
Happens on most servers. Usually i can connect to only one or two, not specific servers.
Since its not happening on all of the servers i believe its a plutonium server-side issue or the servers i wont connect are probably hosted on some ISP that has issues with my ISP.
Any ideas? I saw the other threads about this but there is nothing specific? Let me know if you want any more info. I see that after the map is changed it happens even i've had established connection in the first place. Thats fine, but i see the others players after i disconnect that they stay on the server, so the server remains populated. That means the problem is probably between me and the servers i try to connect. Is it the routing or something? Does someone else has that at the moment at does someone managed to get rid of this problem? If yes please advice. Thanks.
