@Zombeeezees Then you can observe the player base on plutonium. There are both casuals and veterans, but most are casuals that play on the servers. They prefer modded servers over vanilla. Most owners want their servers populated. So they tend to give majority what the community wants. There are some players that prefer vanilla, but from observing you can tell they prefer modded or some quality of life mods where it still feels vanilla, but adds features most would enjoy. I'm a veteran and prefer it to be challenging, but I can easily understand why modded servers are popular and it keeps those servers filled.

@Zombeeezees This isn't something Plutonium would do. It makes more sense for someone to make a mod to accomplish this. For one what does hardened mode even mean? Twice is difficult what does that mean?

What makes a zombies game difficult is the GSC scripts since all the game logic is there. You can modify the GSC scripts to make the game more difficult if you want to.

Also bounties require the requester to provide a monetary donation upon completion of the bounty. Since none was specified I'm moving this to modding discussion.

@Zombeeezees It could just be from people leaving and joining frequently.
On console in normal lobbies (even custom games) players couldn't join mid-game like they can on a dedicated server.
Plus, there's at least 2 vanilla crashes that I have personally found on MOTD
(nothing that would happen too often, maybe once a week at most)

@Zombeeezees yes, there is a limit, we do not want the server browser to be spammed with low-effort servers.

The value must be the same for the mod and the config.cfg?
