  • Viewmodel Scaling - Option (suggestion)

    Is there anyway to implement an option where the viewmodel of the gun/ads isn't scaled when you increase fov values like cg_fov and cg_fovscale.

    This is how the newer games operate with viewmodels since WW2 onwards.

    It would be nice to have scaled and to also not have scaled.

    Here is a dump of some suggestions I came up with:

    Bo2:
    [+] Unlock cg_fovscale on bo2 (maybe partially like 1.125 max, as viewmodels do look weird at higher values compared to the other games)
    [+] Improve Mouse Input (even when using a lower polling rate this game feels like it has some form of smoothing compared to the other games).
    [+] Restore functionality of Safe Area (used on console to move the hud position, this works on the mw3 client with /SafeArea_Adjusted_Horizontal and /SafeArea_Adjusted_Vertical shown below)

    WAW:
    [+] unlock cg_fovscale
    [+] Restore Functionality of Safe Area (as discussed above)
    [+] Fix the weird running animations when you use high fps


  • (Bo2/MW3) Feature Suggestion - Hud Bounds

    I think if the game hud bounds could be customizable like the newer cod games it could be a lot more comfortable to look at the mini map.

    I thought these settings were controlled by /safespace_horizontal and /safespace_vertical but they seem to already be unlocked in mw3 and don't quite work in the way i thought. It would be very nice if this could be implemented into both bo2/mw3 pluto

  • MW3 Pluto Suggestion: Player No Collision

    This suggestion I don't believe to be straight forward or possible,

    Would no teammate player collision be possible?

    In a devmap environment on cod4 (tested years ago) no cvar was available to turn off player collision, player collision changes came in the form of a highly modified server side mod, so probably needs to be reverse engineered into the engine?

    This would just take out the slight annoyance of bumping into teammates especially in 18 player servers.

    Awesome asked in a previous thread as well about cg_gun_x , I was told it was in discussion in another thread.

    Is this in the pipeline as well?

    I think cg_gun_x unlocked would be good because if you do use a high fov the gun viewmodel scales, this way you can bring the gun back.

  • (MW3) Pluto - Low FOV Range increase?

    One of the recent updates now writes cg_fovscale scale to the config file 👍

    cg_fov has also seen a range increase from 65 to 180 👍

    Could we go lower than 65, here are my 2 reasons; 1: Sniper FOV can be closer to Hipfire FOV. 2: Pistols, ARs, SMGs, LMG ADS FOV could be exactly the same as hipfire (so no zoom). For example assuming cg_fovscale 1.0 SMGs are pre-coded to something close to 55 FOV, ARs are pre-coded something close to 50 FOV. By going lower than these values with cg_fov allows for no zoom.

    I would suggest something like 40-45 FOV

    Could you please unlock cg_gun_x would look nice along side the recent cg_fovscale being unlocked.
