Very simple answer and been repeated many times. Best to look on the forum first before posting a repeated question. Black Ops 1 was a bad PC port and not optimized, unlike WaW, BO2, etc. It's exactly the same as on Steam. Most need a decent PC to run the game stably, but for now, turn on shader warming and low graphics settings
