I have a problem with my Black ops 2 plutonium.

Here is my game folder :

When I start the launcher and press the play button this happen :

The game does not want to start i don't know why because 3 weeks ago I was able to play and now it's impossible.

Here is my game folder and my game settings. I have GPU tweak monitor running I'm gonna try to close it.

On the last screen this is what happening after the play button.

When i'm launching the game there is a window and it says :
Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_mp
Plutonium r3519 >

Nothing change when I'm closing it and restart

If someone can help me to find how can change the SafeArea it will be amazing
