Thanks for your response Here is my game folder and my game settings. I have GPU tweak monitor running I'm gonna try to close it. @iOTX I'll look into seeing how difficult it is to allow using the safe area menu that console has. I'll probably tweak it so it looks nicer for PC and has lower minimums for ultra-wide monitors if I can get it to work.
