There isn't really a solution, as this is caused by a check that makes sure you don't accidentally run the game twice. Servers are counted for but not affected by this check, hence why you can start the server when the game is already running, but not vice versa.

cons3pt There is no way to definitively proof someone is not a cheater. Additionally, I will not disclose our logs to you, but I will just let you know that we have definitive knowledge that you did cheat. And for the 2nd / 3rd time, you do not get banned for incorrect login credentials.

Nowhere on that ban message does it say that you were banned for incorrect login attempts. Like I said, you were banned for cheating, we have logs of it. Wait out your ban and don't try to cheat again.

You were banned for using cheats, I don't believe that using an incorrect password on login attempts does not get you banned. I suggest you wait out your ban and not attempt to further evade it in the meantime.

You're likely either missing redists (you can find them here), or your AV is messing with Pluto. If the latter is the case, then you can simply exclude it from said AV.
