1: Login to xfinity account.

2: Click the wifi icon on the tool bar. If you hold the mouse over it the tool tip will show Xfinity xFi.

(wifi icon is to the left of the phone icon)

3: You should now be at https://internet.xfinity.com/

4: Click on More...you will land here https://internet.xfinity.com/more

5: Click on My Services.

6: You will be at xFi Advanced Security...click Disable (or Enable).

7: You will be presented with a toggle button to select enable or disable.

It says to wait about 10 minutes for change to take effect

Veykswa Can you screenshot your bitdefender exclusions so we can be sure?

Please can you re-run piry.exe and let it go to 100%, it will skip any files that already exist but will redownload any corrupted ones.

Then when it gets to 100%, play again and see if you get the error.

Technically 13 as that's the minimum age to legally sign up for the forum and you need to sign up to make an account and play.

SLATER Good stuff, up on the top bar on the forum is a dollar note, clicking that lets you donate.

Do you have a headset? If so, ensure it is set as your default audio device in your Windows audio settings. Also double check the audio output device in the game settings is set to the device that you'd like sound to come out of. (Ideally the same device you have as your default audio device in windows)

Thats normally a problem caused by a slow harddrive. It's loading files into memory, nothing to do except wait in most cases. The intro video is used to hide the wait and is normally enough time for faster harddrives.

I can replicate this problem if I cause my harddrive to hit 100% usage and then start Pluto. So it's certainly a harddrive speed or usage problem.

Use the above link to learn how to exclude folders from Norton's scanning process, then use it to add a folder exception for %localappdata%/Plutonium which will tell Norton to ignore the folder that stores the Pluto files.

Once this is done, try running Plutonium.exe again.

You need to put your background into a .iwi and then replace these 3 with 3 copies of the new .iwi file.

Be aware any update will replace the background.

We are aware of this bug and are investigating the cause. I know it won't help too much but you don't have to restart your entire game, you just need to wait roughly 30 seconds and then try to rejoin.

Then you were banned for attempting to hack and then tried to bypass your ban multiple times and are now bullshitting to see if you can get around it that way. Sure enough I see multiple accounts made by yourself - wait out the ban - if you make another thread it will be changed to forever and your forum account banned too.

We don't support Windows 7, it's reached End Of Life and is a security risk. We suggest upgrading to Windows 10. If you have Windows 10, create a separate support thread so we can easily provide support.

Try adding Plutonium.exe as an antivirus exclusion in Windows Defender. Then re-run plutonium.exe

I can't reveal too much right now, but with some upcoming changes... some certain larger maps will be useful. Then with some other changes coming, a modder would probably be able to make a semi decent BR mod.. if they were dedicated enough anyway.

Please create a shortcut to plutonium.exe
Right-click the new shortcut and go to properties
Edit the Target field and add -timeout 600 to the path
Now try launching the shortcut. This should eliminate the timeout issues.
