We suggest to add the exclusions - they really do help avoid problems.

Who is your Internet Service Provider?
Have you whitelisted Plutonium.exe and %localappdata%/plutonium in Windows Defender?

Add the %localappdata%\Plutonium folder to your Windows Defender Exclusions list. (Google how to do that) and then try the launcher again.

I'd also suggest buying an SSD when you can, a 250GB one would help with your storage problems and the speed itself.

But as Dsso said, the CPU would struggle anyway.

But yeah - SSD, one of the best things I bought. A 250GB one is relatively cheap compared to other PC parts.

How is Plutonium helping?
Plutonium is providing our modification to these players to enable them to play these tournaments without risk of hackers breaking into the games or affecting them in any other way - which is what happened when the tournament was originally tried on Steam Black Ops 2. We are hosting the dedicated servers that are required for the tournament matches as well as ensuring they run smoothly.

Where is the tournament hosted?
Players will be playing from home however the entire event will be streamed from Arlington Esports Stadium (AES) where Hitch will be. AES is the largest Epsorts Stadium in North America. https://esportsstadium.gg/ has more information.

We cannot reveal logs as they would assist hack makers to evade our anticheat, the amount of posts we've had claiming innocence and then admitting the truth means we cannot accept any appeal. We do regularly check our logs for patterns which may indicate false positives but none currently show.

We don't normally allow these threads but instead of deleting I'll just lock it as my post may be useful to others.
