I have a problem with my server as soon as the server starts to get busy most people have drop fps. It runs around 200 or even 300 max. I would like to solve this problem but I don't know how.

I7 13700kf
B790 msi gaming pro
ram 32go 7200 mhz DDR5
RTX 3060 msi ztrio 12go
Windown 11

Hi guys, I could use some help. I have an IW5 server and I have a little problem. The say command does not work in the game console and in iw4m admin. with iw4m admin when I use !say or when I use the iw4m console it tells me that the message is sent but nothing appears in the game. As a result, automatic messages and warn do not work either. The Warn are well taken into account but I do not appear in the chat. I reinstalled everything but same. if someone can help me please.
