Glad to finally see this ported. I do wish support for what Sloth mentioned was addressed, but it's a good effort.

The zip file contains the mp_bloc_2 folder with all the required files. you need to place the folder in %localAppdata%\Plutonium\storage\iw5\usermaps. To launch the map you type devmap mp_bloc_2 in the iw5 console. I will check the files that are present during the download because if you say that the .arena files and others are missing it cannot work

A temporary (bad but working) solution would be to limit your server to like 14 players max or whatever doesn't lag

I found an issue and we have a fix for it, unfortunately, you will have to wait for the next Plutonium release.
