Cazer_ Is there a solution that doesn't require uninstalling voice meeter

No matter what I do (uninstall my antivirus, restart pc, reset network settings, reinstall plutonium, reinstall black ops II) I consistently get this error. I have no clue what to do to fix this. Please help
