Does MW3 (and the rest of the games in plutonium) userdata save on your servers? or does it save it locally?

PS: if this is not possible, is there any way where I can manually change my stats/unlocks individually to recreate my previous save file on the new system? thanks

Is there any way to migrate my old save data to the new save data system? My old save file is from when everything was stored locally.

Note: reason I want to do this is that I played through all prestiges and got diamond camo on all, but 3 weapons. These weapons unlock conditions was bugged, so I couldnt get it. When they were fixed, the save file system was changed and I couldnt complete my goal.

CrandFather Yeah, I have diamond camo I just didnt equip it. Im talking about the "medal" or whatever that pops up when I headshot the guy.

I dont know if this was originally in the game, something added by plutonium staff or an unused feature, but I have never seen that theres individual camos for dual wield weapons. I cant seem to find any place you can see that progress and I couldnt find anything about it online.

Can someone clear this up for me?

Not a challenge, but I cant edit the thread header.

When you make an emblem you cannot edit it. This also makes it constantly say "NEW" without being able to check them. You might be able to choose new emblem, hover over all and then cancel, but thats scary.

Total Mastery calling cards doesnt track correctly.

It unlocks it when you get the gold camo in every gun in that type. Except the secondary one, since I havent gotten gold in that due to a but mentioned above.

I was just wondering if leveling up normally and unlocking everything (Weapon Proficiency, Calling Cards, Camos etc,)?

PS:
This was done on a random server with TDM on Yemen (Leon BR ...).

(making this a tread for things that doesnt track/work)

Prestige -> Scorestreak -> Combat Efficiency -> Dual Wield Kills
Career -> Combat -> Scorestreak Kills
Scorestreaks -> Air Assault / Ground Assault -> All "Kills" challenges

I have played multiple matches so its not that. I think its just a bug and its not that weird that it havent been discovered since most people use unlockall.

Only the support scorestreaks counts. Lightning strike, sentry, dragonfire etc. doesnt count.

I have grinded myself to prestige 10 level 55 with the xp bar maxed out and there is no option to enter prestige master. I have seen that this has happened on console around 8 years ago and maybe it carried over here.

Could you guys please look into this? Because I don't want to use the unlock all feature.

Please do not unlock everything in my account. I know you guys probably dont do that, but I am scared to lose all of my progress.
