for me it works on all maps except verruckt it shows this error message

before anyone tells me, i already saw the pinned topic about the common launcher issues and solutions and i already tried the solutions offered there and it didnt fix my problem,

after i press play on any games, the launcher disapears and the console pops up, a few line apears and it stays stuck like that forever, the few lines that apears are as shown in this capture

that is what is in the crashdump file related to the error

there is also 2 DMP file in the crashdump related to the error but they are too heavy to be uplaoded here

i checked in the crash dump like it says to do and heres what was inside

any help would be very much apreciated as i crashed on round 133 on the map Nacht der untoten on world at war therefore i cant really launch a game and try to go for highrounds anymore as i know i might crash like this super early too.
