Use ugx weapon editor. Scan for spas_db_sp, copy the effect. Load your gun, and paste the effect

Adding MW2 style animations and gun sway questionI think this is not possible, even if it is you would have to remake all the animations with correct hand placement. It is not worth it. And the delay when swapping, 99% sure not possible
