It is included straight into the patch. U cannot change it unless u have the original mod files

Error -16 is usually caused by trying to use the converter and the file that you want to convert to be on different drives. Id suggest making a (converter) folder on your desktop. Inside add your converter and the file u wanna convert and it should be all fine. Other reason could be that the name which the file youre trying to convert is located. If its in a folder that the name has speciak characters (. , & etc) your converter wont work

You can combine two mods and compule them with mod tools. You might eun into some errors but most times you should be fine. Then you need to recompile it eith mod tools

You can play with any patches as long as you and your friends have the same one. Im confused on why the language stuff would be in a patch tho. Usually its texture files and .ff files in zone. Shouldnt affect gameplay. Lemme know. Or ask in my discord

U need the original file, ehich if i rememberber is called zombie_mural_cccp, then convert it to dds which is a format you can open with the software paint.net (free) or to png if u use photoshop. Then drop your file back in the converter, to convert it back to .iwi. Place your iwi files in a archive in black ops/main. Usually i suggest to copy paste iw_42, open it, and delete all its content. There you can add your own textures inside there. Or use the console command in window cmd %appdata%. Go back one to local, plutonium, storage, your game/images. Or find a tutorial. Ive done a handful on black ops 1 that can helo you with that. Just search for Reealithy on youtube. Hope this helps

Here you will find all the tools you need to get started making camos
This pack contains only the base file of the game // No Camos
All Files are arranged in a beginner friendly way
All the softwares you need are included
Just navigate through the menu to find the exact you want to change, edit it in your software of choice and convert it
There will be a iw_42 included at the bottom. Drop your new files in there and put this in black ops 1/main
