I was play BO2 zombie with one friend and not many second after we lose my computer bluescreen. When my pc turn on it ask me to log in again to plutonium but it tell me i was ban. You should run a memtest on your machine. You cannot get banned for having a bluescreen, however, a bluescreen always has a reason.

It is technically possible that some of your RAM memory randomly changed to different values than what they should be. This is why ECC (Error Correction Code) RAM was invented after all. It could also be that your RAM is defective or is running at a wrong clock-speed that is causing issues. If the memory of Plutonium changed because of this, it would trigger the anti-cheat as it thinks you are cheating. The bluescreen was probably triggered because part of the memory of the Windows kernel (or some driver) changed too.

Run a memtest on your machine and ensure your RAM is fine (with the current configuration). After running the memtest, you should also validate your RAM configuration in your BIOS. Reset the RAM configuration back to the original values and enable XMP (if your RAM supports it).
