This is likely caused by DNS (Domain Name Service). DNS is used to translate a name to an IP-address. The internet doesn't understand names like plutonium.pw by default. This is where DNS comes in. Your ISP (Internet Service Provider, Telecable in this case) likely pushes its own DNS servers to your router/modem. Your router/modem will then tell your devices to use that DNS to resolve domain names to IP-addresses.

It could be that the DNS of Telecable blocks the domain (plutonium.pw) or somehow redirects it to the wrong IP-address. You can resolve this problem by changing your DNS settings in Windows. You could also change them on your router/modem (if you got access to that) so every device on your network will use the new DNS settings. I recommend using Cloudflare DNS. You can follow their guide to change your DNS in Windows to Cloudflare: https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/windows/

AlexN0mas had the same problem, swapping DNS to Cloudflare resolved it for him.

NTE2 lol, this is not the solution. The solution is to select the correct game directory in the launcher.

@teuzinfimose What? What version of Plutonium were you using??? The latest versions (with lobby support) upload stats to our online services. Are you logged in to the correct account?

black_honkey It's because you are not authenticated yet. If you press ONLINE it starts authenticating and the patch version will change. 43. is the game version, everything else is related to online services.

ClemZou it does. type cg_fov <value> in your console. replace <value> with the value that you want. For example: cg_fov 100.

GhostRider0125 F12 is handled by the Steam Overlay. If you have Steam open, the Steam Overlay will be injected into the game automatically. Simply open the Steam Overlay and your screenshots made with F12 will be visible in there.

PepeBigotes screenshots are handled by the Steam Overlay. If you have Steam open in the background, the Steam Overlay will be injected into the game. Simply open the Overlay and the screenshots will be visible in there.

If you do not have Steam installed, just use third party software for capturing screenshots of the game.

Jole Taris No, you're all banned because you broke multiple rules in the discord server. Next to that, I tried to explain you that I cannot ban someone based on claims that cannot be proven. You were claiming that someone joined your voice chat and was being racist. We cannot take action purely based on claims because that would mean that anyone would be able to get anyone else banned. Gunscrusader You are probably playing Private Match. Private Match Crate a Class has everything unlocked by default (by design from the original developers) so you can have fair fights with your friends. Private Match IS NOT ranked, meaning that you will not get any XP for the kills you're making. We patched the Create a Class menu to always use public stats because people were commonly modifying the wrong classes, resulting in complaints like "I made a class and it doesn't work in-game what the fuck???"

OnlyGreatPlayer Install DirectX on your machine. It comes with this DLL.

@Joan-OwO Emailed It's been reported and we currently have a task open to look into it.

ayfaso The API simply lists all servers that are authenticated. This doesn't mean your server works yet. If your firewall blocks the traffic, it will show up on our API but it wont show up in the serverlist because your game cannot ping the server.

locorene21 This could mean that the game is not allowed through the firewall on the host machine. You can try hosting and have your friend join you instead.

Hosting lobbies usually doesn't work on mobile connections because of limitations from mobile ISPs.

@GlitchesHD We need a console log and steps to reproduce this / a video in order to see whats going on. Just this screenshot is not helpful for resolving the issue.

BrettMods Right now there are no plans to add other titles to Plutonium. This may change in the future.

@GaySeasalt Cloudflare was offline. The game should work as expected again.

Try resetting your config by deleting the files in %LocalAppdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\players

If that doesn't help, try disabling fullscreen mode in the config and then try starting the game again.

This means that either the server you are connecting to or your client is outdated. If the server is outdated, there's not much you can do about it. For your client: run plutonium.exe (and always launch using this exe) to start your client.

This is indeed correct. This is a feature of the original game. If you edit your classes on private match, you don't have to actually unlock them to be able to select them. We patched the engine so that private match and ranked match stats are the same. We did this because many people make the mistake of editing the wrong classes and then complaining that they don't work when joining a server.
