    reviving this. if anyone is good at scripting, is it possible to take the perk gsc (i think that is the one that allows the perk buyable that allows to get all of bo2 perks on any map) and make it as its own stand alone script? it would be nice to use perks such as phd, mule kick, electric charry (doubt vultures aid will work), and stamin up on other maps! such as mule kick, phd, and stamin up on mob, mule kick on tranzit, nuke town. stuff like that.

    is it possible we ourselves can change the values to either make the amount of salvage needed less? or we ourselves change the rng of different tier weapons? or is that out of our control?
