Plutonium

Hello,

Today i got banned while i was in Zombie.

I was in Solo Play mode, and i got banned for 7 days, don't know why to be honest.

Is there any form to send ? Can i understand why i got banned ?

Kaspersky is very annoying, even if it's disabled it will try to delete Plutonium.
The only fix is to add in the exclusions Plutonium plus your game folder directly.
Check his history to whitelist the files in the %localappdata%

Doesn't exactly throw a definitive error so dunno what's causing it. What antivirus do you use? Try adding %localappdata%/Plutonium to your AV's exclusions (here's an example https://streamable.com/5giauo) and run the launcher again.

If this doesn't work - delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and run plutonium.exe again.

You can try to change the server port and then redirect the same port on your router.
For mine, 4976 didn't work as the UPnP was using it, but when setting to 4978, it all works well
