it does for me too but after a minute or two it'll work again maybe just because the mods have been added early they need time to be properly loaded or maybe it needs an update Have you updated the plutonium or do you use offline way so it doesnt update? idk thats all i could think of

Have you set your local ip static? Sounds like you don't always get the same ip and thus it breaks from time to time.
