I found this bug when you plant your weapon disapears after that. Also if you want to fake plant.
Our server enabled doubletaps, I guess it's because of that.

It's a bug with the double taps code. Happens as well with killstreaks. For the time being just be careful to not double tap right before planting or immediately after letting go of the bomb and it should be fine

We are currently in discussions for a solution to this in general.

Due to the games age, some HUD elements look pixelated on large resolutions. Also it's a configuration option, you can always change it.
