here are my specs and just to be clear before the Update I've used to Reach 144-200fps rather easily But with this update my Fps has dropped to 17 and it will occasionally reach out 89 but it will drop down.
the main menu is fine and For some reason Killcams have way higher fps.
Any Help.?

i only hate servers who restrict the use of some certain mechanics but other then that.

Ignore this sense This part is for those are used to be on the same boat as me

i deleted all of files in the following Folder
C:\Games\Call of Duty Black Ops 2\t6r\player\dw\A3094126

and after that i did the same for C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\demonware\18397\user

and C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\demonware\18409 but instead of deleting everything i only deleted mpdata file

and then i put that mpcompressed file in C:\Users\hp\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\demonware\18397\user

Welp seems like it didn't work for me.
too bad, i guess i'll just have to wait.

is there a way to set the console command r_dof_enable 0 as default?
Everytime i launch the game it reverts back to 1 and its kind of annoying
