MP Server is lagging despite having enough resourcesServer is lagging even though it is barely using any RAM, not utilizing the server CPU fully at all, and the disk I/O is just fine. I have the server on a Windows VPS with 4 vCores and 8GB of RAM and once I get above 10 players, my server lags and I have no idea why, can anyone give any advice here? I'd appreciate it, thanks. Server is running windows server 2019 and nothing else is installed to it. I also cleared out the files that it recommended I cleared out which seemed to help a tiny bit, but not super meaningfully.

Does this also apply to scorestreaks as well? They aren't properly replacing for me either.

Server will not restrict itemsSomeone was using MMS, and Swarm and EMP were showing up in the scorestreak list in game (Not sure what would happen when the person tries to use them though) Also, noticed in the console that it acknowledged the scorestreaks EMP and Swarm should be replaced with a care package, but it still did not have an effect. But replacing the C4 with a frag grenade is working.
The MMS removal is not even acknowledged in the console and is freely usable.

Server will not restrict itemsI literally just realized that, lol, sorry, but now when I do that, it won't restrict MMS, Swarm, or EMP, they still show up for people even though the console says they should be getting replaced. Is there anything else I did wrong? Sorry, I just got started with this stuff.

No amount of skill can make you shoot cross map past 7 walls with a SMG, yeah, there be cheaters, LOL.
Some servers are better about dealing with it than others I noticed. Just have to keep moving servers until you find one that's decent. Game's old, so it's very naturally going to have a lot of cheaters since there's probably a ton of hacks for this game. I have to admit though, cheating on unofficial servers on an 11 year old game is pretty pathetic, lol.
