@fugazi_ you cannot force the gpu to just have more usage. If the gpu doesnt get utilized to 99% there is a cpu/ram bottleneck.
Keep in mind that the game is hella old so it cannot use all of your cpu, it only uses a few cores. Thats why it only uses 5% even though youre being bottlenecked by it.

GhostRider0125 i think the fastest way to move (atleast in mw3) is while holding a grenade. You cant do this normally unless you use a glitch or give yourself a grenade with a script
