Plutonium

I believe that the BO2 Plutonium multiplayer community is dying. Rather when it comes to good servers. From what I've experienced there's just not many good servers relative to the eastern side of North America, and rather find servers with ping ranges of 90-200.

I do recall when Plutonium first came out, there were plenty of servers. Now, quite frankly it's gone to shit.

When joining a server on MW3, it will sometimes just sit you on "Setting up game."

In closing and reopening your game, sometimes it doesn't fix this bug. I do believe this is a bug, but I really don't have an idea what causes it.
