The players are free to host a hundred of US servers if they want to or host servers considered as bad servers by you.
The point of Plutonium is to give all the power to the players.
Don't like the servers? Host one yourself
Want more US servers? Get server owners to host there or pay them or host one yourself
Servers are hosted by players so if no one hosts in a region there is a reason for this
