tried disabling Nvidia overlay, didnt work after that either. Could it be windows defender?

HannesC does GEforce experience count as overlay?

HannesC Yeah afterburner is completely disabled

HannesC Yeah that was turned off and I just tried disabling ICUE, no luck.

HannesC I quit afterburner/discord, restarted pc, checked GPU drivers, the only programs open at the moment are ICUE, wallpaper engine, and Nvidia Control Panel settings
