you can do it yourself by downloading this program and opening the black ops 2 sound files. I have done my own sound files already. However I'm not sure if someone already did all of black ops 4.

My pack sfx is from other sound packs and other cod games. Some sound files are from black ops 4, modern warfare, cold war, etc. Up to you to change it with sound studio if you want all bo4.

Nashar not possible. They aren’t gonna do infinite warfare. It is also much newer than black ops 3 so they would get sued in the end. They wouldn’t do black ops 3 due to the risk of being sue to.

Update the launcher. If you have it pinned in your taskbar, unpin it and run the exe. It should auto update.
