You probably put the localappdata folder in your server folder which is not where it should be.
All of the content of T6ServerConfigs-master goes in the root of your server but the localappdata folder.
Take the content inside T6ServerConfigs-master\localappdata\Plutonium\storage\t6\ and put it in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6
