Server start up stuck at handling hello request

Tried using a VPN but still gets stuck at this step. From what I understand everything else is done correctly. Any help would be appreciated!

wonton_soup could you post a screenshot of your server folder? Your screenshot doesn't show the entire console, does it say it can't load the config file further up in the log?

You probably put the localappdata folder in your server folder which is not where it should be.
All of the content of T6ServerConfigs-master goes in the root of your server but the localappdata folder.
Take the content inside T6ServerConfigs-master\localappdata\Plutonium\storage\t6\ and put it in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6
